With the election being only one month away, are you sure that your vote will count? With voting machines that didn't work right in the year 2000 to the problem of provisional ballots in the year of 2004, we are once again facing voter registration problems in six states. These states are Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Nevada, and North Carolina with most of these registration problems being connected with the new Democratic voters and a few of them being Republicans.
Sometimes you think that the Republicans are just trying to keep up their voter's numbers.

Right now we are looking at tens of thousands of new voter registrations being thrown out with some being against voting laws. What would happen to you if you broke a law? Gee, if you think that you would be put in jail you might be right, but not these people. They will just be given a slap on the hand and told not to do this again. Of course this won't help the voters that lose their right to vote this November.

Everyone that is a citizen of this country and of the right age has the right to vote, but there are so many rules that might be used against some that they have lost this right. I don't think that our state and government officials should have the right to say who can vote and who can't. If everyone had been able to vote 4 to 8 years ago we might not be in the mess we are now. I'm not saying that we would have been better off, but anyone would have been able to maybe try harder to keep us from being put in this position.

Our gas is so high but the price of a barrel has dropped, so why hasn't our prices? These prices have done nothing but went up since we put this president in office, and he has put our money situation at an all time high. The really bad thing about this is that he will soon be leaving this office, and we are stuck with everything. All he will have to say to us is that he tried, but no matter what we are left with the aftermath.

If you think that you might be one of these tens of thousands of new voters that might have been removed from the polls, I would remind you to go and find out for sure and then find out if you can be put back on the list. Remember that it is your right to be able to vote.
