These chemicals may even have a negative reaction on your body chemistry and might cause more harm than good. A hygienist is a good person to consult about it.

Never be late for a date. Most women find tardiness very rude and it often sets them off even before the date starts. If possible, offer to pick her from her house. This way, if you will have to call in late, she will less likely to be pissed off because she is in the comfort of her own home.
